1. Tuition Reimbursement Program This program reimburses you for tuition and other costs for approved university, technical, and professional organisation courses. Your Divisional Human Resources manager must approve courses in advance. You may be eligible to receive up to 75 per cent (subject to annual maximum payout) upon satisfactory completion of company-related course work*. Contact your manager or Human Resources manager for guidelines and an application form. *Refer to Company Policy relating to Tuition Reimbursement.
2. Computer Purchase Program As part of the Tyco Fire & Security group, you may be eligible for an interest-free computer loan of up to AUD$3,500 to be re-paid through salary deductions over 18 months. For more information, contact your divisional Human Resources manager.
