In fact, advanced technology is our hallmark, from miniaturized closed-circuit television cameras to emergency medical monitoring, from carbon monoxide detectors to flood monitoring, from a one touch wristwatch controller to motion activated lighting.

At our monitoring centers, switches route incoming phone calls to the next available agent. 

We also operate the only virtual monitoring centers in our industry. If one monitoring center becomes non-operational, all calls are automatically rerouted to another, with no interruption in service.
